2. Disable secure boot

3. Create file:

   $ vi /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-intel.conf

   Paste This:

   Section "Device"
       Identifier  "Intel"
       Driver      "intel"
       Option      "VSync" "false"
   EndSection
   

Best Solution:

$ cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
